Anne’s style of yoga is athletic, strong, and graceful.  She was a diver at Indiana University and recognizes the importance of flexibility and the fun of inversions.</description>

        <description>Patrick Kinsman discovered Ashtanga yoga in Bloomington in the summer of 2004 and was hooked instantly. Patrick has also done Kundalini yoga and a wide variety of vinyasa classes, but his home practice remains Ashtanga. In May 2007, Patrick completed a 200-hour teacher training in San Francisco, in the It's Yoga Ashtanga Vinyasa system.         <description>Tammy began practicing yoga in 2002 during her first pregnancy.  She searched out prenatal yoga classes as a proactive approach to avoiding excessive pain due to her scoliosis.  In addition to providing two, virtually pain free pregnancies, yoga enabled her to embrace and appreciate the changes that took place in her body.   Her two boys continue to be an inspiration to her yoga practice.</description>
